Project Management

This introductory project management workshop focuses on the ten Project Management Body of Knowledge areas.  For each area, participants learn how to organize their project and are provided with tools to develop their project management plan.

The outcome of this highly-interactive workshop is the foundation of a project management plan for an active project.  Participants are introduced to project scheduling, communication, risk management, budgeting, human resources planning, procurement management, and quality management.
