In this workshop, participants learn how to
create an issues-based, brochure style executive summary
that is customer focused and gets the attention of the
customer. Using the principle of the key issues
analysis, participants develop (in teams) an executive
summary for an active proposal. Each executive summary
is critiqued and feedback is provided by the facilitator and
other participants.
Participants also learn the ten components of a winning
executive summary and practice implementing the components
into their working proposal. |
